How to Book:
1. Choose your dates and time frame in the date picker. Your start time will be the time the trailer is ready for your crew, and end time will be when we come pick it up!
2. Add on any extras like chairs, tables, internet and more. We'll have everything ready for you to show up and enjoy!
3. Add everyting to your cart and check out. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the full amount will be due 3 days prior to your event.
4. We'll check in before the event to get any information on drop-off location, directions and anything else.
5. Enjoy your ultimate tailgate experience!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand things happen! Our policy is below, but we will do our best to work with you, just give us a call!
7+ Days Before Rental: Full refund (minus processing fee).
3-7 Days Before Rental: 50% deposit retained.
Within 3 Days: Non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Plans change? Let us know at least 3 days ahead, and reschedule within the same calendar year without losing your deposit. (availability permitting).
Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions (as determined by local authorities), we will work with you to reschedule your rental or offer a full refund.
Please note that a processing fee may apply to all refunds.

No, Rowdy Social does not provide food or catering, but we have plenty of recommendations for caterers who can set up a great meal for your crew!
Can I take the trailer out of town?
Currently, Rowdy Social does not allow clients to haul the trailer themselves.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
We sure do! Reserve your booking and let us know you are a non-profit. We will apply a 15% discount to your invoice before final payment!
